1st cancellation policy
right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the last good.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Rockbros Sport GmbH, Goethestraße 11E, 15234 Frankfurt (Oder), Germany, Tel.: 0049 33566590571, E-Mail: service@qunature.de) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
consequences of revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we will immediately reimburse you all payments that we have received from you.
For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may refuse to repay until we have received the goods back.
You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning.
2. Process of return
1. Return if you change your mind
If you change your mind and want to return the goods, you can do so within 14 days of receiving the goods. The returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. In this case, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
2. Return in case of product defects
If you have received a faulty product or a product that does not match the description, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days. In this case, we will cover the return shipping costs.
I. Contact customer service for return
The customer must first contact your customer service to notify that he wishes to return the goods and provide the required information such as order data, product details, reason for return, etc.
II. Confirmation of eligibility and sending of the return label
After we confirm that the customer is eligible for a return, we will send them a prepaid return label. This label is usually included in a confirmation email or SMS that contains the return address, barcode or other necessary information.
III. shipping your return
Once you receive the return label, please print it out and attach it clearly to the package. We recommend that you keep the original packaging and label to ensure a smooth return process.
You are obliged to return or hand over the goods to us immediately after receiving the return label, but no later than within 14 days from the day on which you notified us of the cancellation of this contract. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets the criteria for return. Once approved, a full refund will be issued via your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
